- Knife Sharpening
- Condiments:
- Particularly producers of nut butters and hot sauce.
- We are currently full for producers of spices, jams & jellies, and mustard.
- Producer-made cheese and/or butters (i.e., produced by a dairy farmer or a fromager)
- Kombucha
- Certified organic growers/farmers
- Prepared breakfast foods
- Particularly producers of hot-and-ready crepes, waffles, and/or other vegetarian & vegan options.
- We have a full-time farmer who also cooks their sausage, burgers, eggs, and bacon into sandwiches.
- Please note, similar hot prepared food vendors may be waitlisted.
- Prepared or value-added foods that may not be covered explicitly in this list.
- Please reach out to Amanda, the Market Manager, to find out if the item or category is already represented at our Market.
Finally, we welcome all sweets & baked goods vendors to apply for part-time participation. We will evaluate all applicants in this category in early April.
Interested in becoming a vendor for the 2026 Season? These are the key things to know.
- We review applications carefully in order for every vendor that we approve to be successful at our Market. We appreciate your effort and cooperation!
- We strive to offer a diverse, curated selection of vendors and products.
- We may approve certain products and not others due to the anticipated saturation of products at the Market.
- All items sold at our market must be locally raised, grown, and/or produced.
- “Local” means within 100 miles of 9609 Montgomery Road Cincinnati, OH 45242.
- No resellers or wholesalers allowed.
- As a Farmers Market, we prioritize farmers and food producers.
- Certain crafts, topical, wellness, and “health” products non-food are welcome to apply. However, we have very limited space for non-food products.
- The market is open rain or shine from 9-12:30 on Saturdays May through October..
- The market has limited spots that will accommodate vendors who need electric service.
- Your application will not be reviewed until you pay the application fee.
- We will send the open application fee invoice as a reminder.
- When you submit your application, please provide as much information about your business, social media, and your products as possible.
- We carefully review every vendor who applies and we like to make informed decisions!
- We reserve the right to schedule a phone call or meeting to ask additional information about your application!
- Applicants are responsible for being in compliance with the USDA, Ohio Department of Agriculture (ODA), and/or Hamilton County Health Department for the food items you wish to sell a week prior to your first Saturday.
- All approved applicants must provide proof of certifications and licensing.
- We accept Cottage Food Products. However, accurate labeling and packaging is required.
- We request all vendors do research before applying. If you have additional questions, email us at montfarmersmkt@gmail.com.
- You must have liability insurance to sell at our market.
- Approved applicants must provide proof a week before your first scheduled Saturday.
- If your business is approved and offers prepared and/or value added foods (like baked goods), your application is tentatively approved until you successfully complete a taste test.
- You will be asked to provide samples for our Board to try.
- Please include your packaging and pricing information!
- We only accept vendors with high quality items that we believe will be supported by our customers.
- We prefer that producers of value added foods source their primary ingredients locally from farmers!

The following applies to new applicants who sell baked goods or products in the category of “sweets” (i.e., candy):
- Due to the number of applications we receive in these categories, all new applicants will be reviewed in late March 2026.
When we review and approve applications, we prioritize applicants in the following order:
- 2025 Returning vendors in good standing with the Market.
- New food producers who apply for:
- Full-Time status. To be considered full-time, applicants are recommended to attend all 26 Saturdays. However you MUST attend a minimum of 22 Saturdays and pay the full-time fee before May 2, 2026.
- Half-time status. To be considered half-time, applicants must commit to attending at least 13 prescheduled Saturdays and pay the half-time fee before May 2, 2026.
- Part-time on a Regular Schedule. Applicants will commit to a regular schedule, such as the second Saturday or the first and third Saturday.
- Occasional Part-Time Status. Availability is based on the space and products offered each Saturday.
- New non-food producers (i.e., crafters, health & wellness producers, and artists) who apply for:
- Full Time status. To be considered full- time, applicants are recommended to attend all 26 Saturdays. However you MUST attend a minimum of 22 Saturdays, and pay the full-time fee before May 2, 2026.
- Full-time status prioritizes farmers & food producers. Availability is subject to change.
- Space is limited for non-food producers at full-time status. We have two full-time spots available and are first-come-first-serve.
- Half-time status. To be considered half-time, applicants must commit to attending at least 13 prescheduled Saturdays and pay the half-time fee before May 2, 2026.
- Half-time status prioritizes farmers & food producers. Availability is limited and will be at the discretion of the Market Operations Chairperson and Market Manager based on the number of applicants.
- Part-time status.
- On a Regular Schedule. Applicants will commit to a regular schedule, such as the second Saturday or the first and third Saturday.
- Occasional Part-Time Status. Availability is based on the space and products offered each Saturday.
The 2026 Fees are the following:
- Full-time: $400 (& must be paid by May 2, 2026)
- Half-time: $250 for (13 prescheduled Saturdays & must be paid by May 2, 2026).
- Please note that half-time vendors who attend more than their 13 scheduled weeks will be charged the $25 weekly rate.
- Occasional farmer/food producer $25/Saturday
- Crafter/Health and Wellness/Topical products $35/Saturday
- Local Chamber Business members $30/Saturday
- Business (non-Chamber member) $50/Saturday
